  • Human development is one of the priorities of the Bank's HR policy. Thanks to a wide cooperation network with international institutions the Bank employees constantly upgrade their qualifications in international development banks and other organizations. For this purposes the Bank has developed Rules for arrangement of education and advanced training of the Bank employees.

    Following the best practices of leading international financial institutions, the Bank introduced the "Code of Business Conduct of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC employees. Assessment rules and certification of employees, formation of personnel reserve rules, staff rotation rules, etc. have been developed to identify and develop professional capacity of employees.

    Highly qualified personnel having creative approach to solve issues is a primary resource of the Bank. Therefore, the Bank focuses on social security of employees. Social programs for the Bank employees:

    All the Bank's employees have health insurance, which is the most important factor motivating staff and an integral part of the Bank's social policy. The Bank has also signed an Employers’ Liability Compulsory Insurance Agreement.
